First 30 min Equipment introduction and rigging - Learn about windsurfing equipment and practise rigging the sail on land.
30-60 min Balance and sail handling practise - Practice balance on simulator and basic sail positions without wind.
60-90 min Shallow water entry and uphauling - Enter waist-deep water and learn to uphaul sail from water repeatedly.
90-150 min Basic sailing instruction - Learn steering, tacking, and basic sailing techniques with instructor support.
150-170 min Independent practise time - Practice sailing short distances independently with instructor nearby.
170-180 min Equipment pack-down and debrief - Learn to de-rig equipment properly and receive progression advice.

What is included: Windsurfing board and beginner rig, Wetsuit and buoyancy aid, 3 hours professional RYA instruction, Use of harness and safety equipment, Theory session and practical training.
