15-45 min Learn steering and sail trim in protected waters - Start in Portsmouth Harbor with light winds. Instructor guides you through steering technique, sail balance, and basic tacking maneuvers.
45-120 min Sail into Solent toward sunset - Venture into open Solent waters as wind and light improve. You maintain the helm (steering) while instructor manages main sail trim and commentary.
120-160 min Watch sunset from the water - Boat drifts and sails gently as the sun descends. striking views of the coast and water light. Instructor handles sail trim for safety.
160-180 min Return to Camber Dock under sail or motor - Depending on wind, return under sail or engine. You may help lower sails. Debrief at the dock.
